For artists, this is a non-jury event. It is a retail / advertising event.
You will be under a beautiful covered pavilion with concrete floor, bright lights, FREE electric and water! Right across from you is the entry to the indoor Home & Remodel Show with thousands of annual attendees! Our admission area and food vendors are also outside.
Exhibitor fee is $100.00 for a 10 x 10 space for the entire weekend, add $25.00 for corner booths. Each additional 10 x 10 is discounted at $90.00.
Electric is available and free. If you want to rent an 8 foot x 2.5 foot table it is $10 and does not come with table skirting or linen. If you want chairs they are $3.00 each and are the folding metal type.
It is up to you if you want to use tents or open space but you must supply your own tents if you use them. You can bring your own tables or rent ours. There is no color requirement for tents.

Payments can be made by credit card via phone or credit card authorization form we will be sending you or by check in the mail.
We will give you needed info by email when you book. Click Here if you want to download our credit card form to fax or email to us.
A 50% Deposit Will Be Due Within 14 Days of Your Email Confirmation of Your Booking. If Your Deposit is not Received Your Booking Will Be Deleted.
Full payment will be due April 5th, 2018. If payment is not received, your booth booking will be deleted and that spot opened for others to book it and no refunds given.
Please note the event is rain or shine and refunds are not given if you leave due to weather. You will under a roof the entire time.

We do not require exhibitor insurance from you but each exhibitor will be required to sign our hold harmless agreement that will be emailed to you. Click Here to download the hold harmless agreement to fax or email to us ahead of time!
NOTE: No Call-No Shows at the event will not be welcome back to any other Patriot Productions event in the future.
Regardless if you paid or not. These situations are a disruption to the event and a negative overall image of success.
